Our experience
has shown us that most SHOPPING MALLS are not user friendly. We have therefore
tried to make this experience as simple as possible. If you follow the
instructions below, step by step you should find using our SHOPPING MALL simple to
use.
1.To order a PRODUCT, go to your
PRODUCT selection.
2. Before selecting the
Buy Now! button, you need to
select the COLOR, SIZE or TYPE of
the PRODUCT you require using the drop down button. It maybe that there is no
selection for a particular item and it will be marked "No Selection".
3.Once you have selected your colour,
size or type, proceed to Buy Now!
This will take you to the INVOICE PAGE.
4.When you are at the INVOICE PAGE you
can then enter the quantity of the
PRODUCT you require.
If it is more than
ONE, you must hit the
RECALCULATE BUTTON .
5. If you
wish to continue shopping press the button marked
CONTINUE SHOPPING , and you will
be returned back to this page for your next selection.

If however you have
finished shopping, press the GO TO
PAYMENTS key. Follow the directions given on the next page of the
payments section, where you will required to enter you NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE
NUMBER & email information. Please ensure you give
a correct email address should we need to contact you with reference your
order.
7. Next you will be guided forward to
the PAYMENT SECTION. HERE YOU ENTER YOUR
CREDIT CARD DETAILS. From this point on we have no involvement in the
transaction.
8. Credit Card Transactions
are done on a THIRD PARTY SECURE SERVER and card details are not kept by
ourselves. We only keep transaction numbers, name, address, order information
and email information for our records.
9. All
of our PRODUCTS carrying a 100% money back no quibble guarantee if the
item is should be faulty.

Please note some EDDYSTONE LURE COLORS have a tendency to bleed and will
mark other lures with their color if stored beside them. This happens in
particular warm environments. We have reformulated some of these colors in an
attempt to reduce this effect.
